I previously shared my experience with this company. They assured me my refund would be processed right away. The refund did come, but they deducted £7 for shipping. Essentially, I ended up giving the company £7 for a heater I never used, which caused me headaches. The service was very poor. When I later inquired about the payment again, I received no response. Be cautious.
