We bought quite a few things from this company, and all were very beautiful and we are very impressed. There was a shower that seemed to have a missing part, something very small, and Kim was ever so helpful in sorting this out and sending another rail to us.

I previously shared my experience with this company, and they assured me that my refund would be processed right away. While I did receive the refund, they deducted £7 for shipping. As a result, I effectively lost £7 on a heater I never used, which also caused me discomfort. The service I received was very unsatisfactory. When I later inquired about the payment again, I received no reply. Exercise caution.
