Update to BBM's response:Nowhere on your website (nor your sister site, discounttoday.net) nor at anytime during the transaction did it say you were an international company, therefore the international fee on my credit card was a total surprise and appeared to be a scam.Update: Finally received a call back about 8:30pm last night from a CS rep. English was unfornately not her first language so it was difficult to understand but she offered to refund the mysterious "international fee" without any questions. Further, to my surprise, the item I ordered showed up today via FedEx as expected. Upgraded to 2 stars, but the issue with the phones and poor English are still a real negative.Placed and order and found they charged me an "International Fee" on my card. Trying to get ahold of them for 48 hours now with no response. Chatbot times out, main number on site goes dead after it's answered, and the number here on TrustPilot hangs up after 30 seconds of horrible hold music.
