I have serious doubts about this service!!! I placed an order and reached out after 5 days of no communication. They eventually got back to me, only to inform me that my order was canceled. I'm not confident about receiving my refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this at all costs!!!
I am not impressed with customer service. I ordered a hand cart that was larger than anticipated and I wanted to return it unused. Nobody will answer my calls or text messages. Their return policy is not fair and needs to be changed or updated
