I am extremely disappointed with BigBox’s customer service. I purchased a Micro Helmet, and the LED light was faulty right out of the box. After reaching out to their support team multiple times (with no response at first, until I reached for Klarna for help), their so-called “solution” was for me to send the item back so they could fix it—meaning I would have to wait 2-4 weeks to receive a repaired item instead of the brand-new, fully functional product I originally paid for.This is completely unacceptable. When you buy something new, you expect it to work, and if it doesn’t, the company should offer a proper replacement, not make the customer wait weeks for a repair. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and refusal to offer a fair solution show how little they care about their customers.I won’t be buying from BigBox again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before making a purchase.
