Extremely poor service from the parent company. It states that the goods are delivered quickly (2–4 business days). I placed my order on 03.12.2025 and as of today, 05.02.2026, I still have not received my sofa. The customer service representatives, poor them, repeat the same story every week with embarrassment — that the item has just arrived at the warehouse and will be shipped very soon, and that I will receive a tracking code shortly. Every week for 3 months!!! I genuinely feel sorry for the employees who are being forced to lie. On top of that, customers are being shamelessly misled. I still don’t have my sofa and this has caused me significant emotional distress.

I don't understand why you say that the delivery is bad (Smartpost). Everything arrived to me in 3-5 days. Asad Bourbone perfume for 25 euros turned out to be original. In my city, the same one costs 40 euros. Then I ordered Marshall Major 4 headphones for 75 euros, I thought that the original would not arrive, but the original ones arrived. The same ones in the Euroniks store cost 130 euros.
Selling stuff that they do not have. I ordered a notebook and waiting for delivery status to change already 2 days, and now finally tell answer me and tell me that they do not have it in stock and it can be sent in 2 months. I already took an installment for it and now I have to deal with canceling everything and follow up everything. Just a pure headache. Thanks, never again.
A terrible shop with a terrible service. I bought a perfume that not only took ages to arrive but was a fake one. They did not provide any proof the product is authentic when I requested that. //Kohutav pood ja kohutav teenindus. Ostsin parfüümi, mis mitte ainult ei jõudnud kohale väga kaua, vaid oli ka võlts. I am extremely disappointed with BigBox’s customer service. I purchased a Micro Helmet, and the LED light was faulty right out of the box. After reaching out to their support team multiple times (with no response at first, until I reached for Klarna for help), their so-called “solution” was for me to send the item back so they could fix it—meaning I would have to wait 2-4 weeks to receive a repaired item instead of the brand-new, fully functional product I originally paid for.This is completely unacceptable. When you buy something new, you expect it to work, and if it doesn’t, the company should offer a proper replacement, not make the customer wait weeks for a repair. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and refusal to offer a fair solution show how little they care about their customers.I won’t be buying from BigBox again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before making a purchase.
