Waited over a month for the mobile phone to be delivered. I paid ~1400 euros for an expensive phone. Not only I had to make many phone calls asking where's the phone, but they also kept adding a week on top of a week. After over a month of discussion, they asked me to fill up a long-form to get a refund. So, I wasted my money by calling them over a phone while asking for an update, but they also wasted my time. IMPORTANT: they claimed they had the phone in one of their warehouses, but they lied and sent a refund after 30+ days of waiting. I no longer trust this company. That was somewhere around 2022 when I needed this device.
