I chose this platform for its quicker delivery promises and placed my perfume order on December 15th, expecting it within 9-18 days. After completing my payment, I received an email stating that the delivery would occur between January 8th and 15th. Now, as of January 12th, nearly a month later, my perfume hasn't even been dispatched.
I purchased a phone that was listed as 'in stock', only to find out later that it wasn't available. Customer support takes forever to respond (3-5 hours if I'm lucky) or promises callbacks that never happen. A delivery time of 1-3 business days was extended to 2-4 days, and after almost a month, I'm told my phone will arrive tomorrow. This has been a terrible experience, and I doubt the company will survive.
I've been waiting for my order for 24 days, which I purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. Today, I learned that it hasn't been shipped yet. It's unacceptable that they can't send my order after nearly a month. I will never order from here again.

I ordered a TV, only to find out the next day that it was out of stock and I could only upgrade to a newer version for an extra 200€. I requested a cancellation, but three days later, it still isn't canceled. Customer service claims this is normal and that I need to wait for accounting to process it. Holding onto my 700€ feels like an interest-free loan for them. I'm extremely disappointed, and the TV is still listed as available for order on their site.

After initiating a return, I waited 22 days for the correct item. From order to receipt, it took 35 days. 3. **Unfulfilled gift promise.** I was informed I'd receive a subscription code after my order, but I never got it.
