When I noticed the recurring problems, I requested to cancel the last order, but the company denied it, claiming it was 'processed.' Their definition of processed appears to be creating a non-functional shipping label, as there is no movement on the shipment. What makes this feel like a scam is that despite my explicit request to disengage, they still charged their service fee. They refuse to cancel the order, deny a refund for the fee, and evade responsibility while no real service has been provided. If charging for a non-functional service, refusing cancellations, and hiding behind technicalities while nothing is shipped isn't scam-like behavior, I don't know what is. Customer support is nearly unusable. Phone calls are disconnected, and written support is largely automated. The only time I received a human response was when I demanded account termination, and that reply lacked empathy and offered only a cold refusal. The company does not understand logistics, customer service, or accountability. This is not a supplier; it is a liability. If this review helps even one business avoid wasting time, money, and trust on this company, then it has fulfilled its purpose.
