BigBuy is a shocking, shocking, company with incredibly poor leadership. The endless integration issues with Shopify are so many, its astounding. Wrong images, wrong titles, wrong descriptions, over and over again. You need a whole team of people to fix BigBuys problems for them. They dont reply to emails, and when they do they just apologise saying thanks for making their platform better, as if its my job to do so. To add insult to injury, they dont deliver your products either. I placed and paid for an order 15 days ago. Still to date, ZERO tracking information, and the product has not even left their warehouse. I have followed up on email 7 times, and all on deaf ears with no replies, no solutions, no nothing. This is a disastrous company that takes no accountability for the woeful platform. Their Shopify integration is completly broken. Their customer service is non existent. Ive even emailed their Directors weeks back, and was met with silence. Use them at your PERIL!

They refuse to cancel the order, deny a refund for the fee, and evade responsibility while no real service has been provided. If charging for a non-functional service, refusing cancellations, and hiding behind technicalities while nothing is shipped isn't scam-like behavior, I don't know what is. Customer support is nearly unusable. Phone calls are disconnected, and written support is largely automated. The only time I received a human response was when I demanded account termination, and that reply lacked empathy and offered only a cold refusal. The company does not understand logistics, customer service, or accountability. This is not a supplier; it is a liability. If this review helps even one business avoid wasting time, money, and trust on this company, then it has fulfilled its purpose.

If you're considering a professional investment, it's not worth it and may create more issues than benefits. Additionally, there is no human support for professional issues; responses come from automated systems. After four years of collaboration, I have little positive to report. There is anxiety about order receipt, whether items will arrive correctly, and if the products will be functional. While the variety of products and categories is commendable, management of these aspects is lacking. If improvements are made in management and delays, I would be willing to work with them again.
As a B2B customer for nearly five years, I can confidently say this is the worst wholesale company I have ever encountered. If you value your business, it's best to avoid them. Don't be misled by the positive reviews; they manipulate people into rating them for trivial matters.
