Support agents rarely followed through — it felt more like deflection than assistance.Service Downtime (2025):Since January 2025, over 90% of the BigBuy catalogue has been unavailable for synchronization and sale. I lost access to nearly everything I subscribed for. After months of this, BigBuy offered just one month of free service — an offer that doesn’t come close to covering the damage caused.The Financial Impact:I am currently down over €8,000 due to:Legal company setupBigBuy subscription and connectorsShopify fees and theme customizationPaid apps and extensionsPaid ad campaignsCountless unpaid hours of workDespite this, BigBuy has provided no meaningful compensation or accountability.Final Verdict:If you're considering BigBuy for your dropshipping or ecommerce business:❌ Think twice.Their platform is unstable, their service unreliable, and their support inadequate.
