I’m deeply disappointed with BigBuy’s service and support. I paid for a full monthly subscription and additionally for Shopify eCommerce integration, but I was completely unable to use any of the services for nearly three weeks due to a technical issue that BigBuy failed to resolve.I contacted support multiple times. After few days of having access to only a fraction of the features, I called them directly. Shockingly, I was told that they “didn’t have time” to deal with my case because they were busy with other work.By the third week, I was informed that the ticket I had submitted was categorized as “general,” and therefore no one had started resolving it. I was told that I should have explicitly labeled it as “technical” – something that is completely unacceptable in any customer support system. The team showed no willingness to go beyond scripted replies or provide actual assistance.When I was already beyond frustrated and had explicitly stated that I wanted to terminate all relations, I was charged for a second month. I immediately emailed them to report the error, and their response was shockingly arrogant – telling me they didn’t mind if I continued using their services for another month.So now, after paying for two months of service, I’ve had only one single week of actual access, at the cost of an expensive international phone call and a lot of wasted time and energy.This is not just poor service – it’s a complete lack of accountability. I strongly advise others to think twice before working with BigBuy.
