Final chance wasted — a disappointing experience

Despite my better judgment, I decided to give the company one last opportunity to prove themselves. They failed completely and once again avoided taking responsibility. I have placed four orders, and every single one has encountered issues. One order never arrived. Another contained the wrong item. A third stalled for weeks without resolution. The most recent order was marked as 'shipped' simply by generating a shipping label, yet days later, nothing has actually been dispatched. Noticing the same pattern repeating, I requested immediate cancellation of the latest order. The company refused, stating it had already been 'processed.' Their definition of processed seems to be creating an inactive or fake shipping label, as the shipment shows no movement and has clearly not been handed to any carrier. What elevates this from incompetence to scam-like behavior is that despite my clear request to sever ties, they still charged their service fee. They refuse to cancel the order, deny a refund for the fee, and evade responsibility—all while no actual service has been rendered. If charging for a non-functional service, refusing cancellations, and hiding behind technicalities while nothing is shipped isn't scam-like behavior, I don't know what is. Customer support is practically unusable. Phone calls get disconnected. Written support is mainly automated responses. The only time a real person responded was when I demanded account termination, and that reply showed no empathy, only a cold refusal. The company lacks understanding of logistics. They lack understanding of customer service. They do not take responsibility. This is not a supplier; it is a liability. If this review helps even one business avoid wasting time, money, and customer trust on this company, then it has achieved its purpose.
