My order process began in December, and it is now almost a year later—I still have not received the product I ordered. After waiting months for my original molds, they arrived defective. The company promised to remake them, but after additional months of waiting, I still have nothing. I’ve called, emailed, and spoken with them directly, yet I’m continually assured my order is “on the way soon.” Here we are, nearly a year later, with no product and no updates. Their customer service has been extremely poor, and based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding them.
