I waited several months for my custom ear pieces to arrive, and when they finally did, they didn’t fit at all—even after having my impressions professionally taken at my doctor’s office. When I contacted customer support for assistance, their suggested “solution” was for me to purchase a tool and modify them myself until they fit. I find it hard to believe that a company offering custom medical-grade products considers DIY adjustments an acceptable resolution; it was honestly surprising. Given the cost and the lengthy wait, I expected a high-quality product and adequate support. Instead, I’m left with unusable ear pieces and advice that feels unsafe. I would not recommend this service.
My order process began in December, and it is now almost a year later—I still have not received the product I ordered. After waiting months for my original molds, they arrived defective. The company promised to remake them, but after additional months of waiting, I still have nothing. I’ve called, emailed, and spoken with them directly, yet I’m continually assured my order is “on the way soon.” Here we are, nearly a year later, with no product and no updates. Their customer service has been extremely poor, and based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding them.
I teach Aerobatics in very loud airplanes. I had to replace my previous ear foams almost daily. My new custom adaptors have transformed an almost unbearable experience into pure enjoyment. I love them so much that I just ordered another set for shooting sports. It's rare to find a product that truly delivers on its promises.
The waiting period extended from 5 weeks to 2 months. The delivery service shows it as delivered, but as the sender, I cannot obtain proof of delivery. Therefore, I cannot claim from the receiving company since I lack proof, and they seem indifferent. Consider using another provider. It will be a better choice.
The earplugs took a bit longer than 8 weeks. However, when I inquired through the chat feature, I was given an email to express my concerns. After sending that email, the earplugs arrived within a few days. They fit well, are very comfortable, and the silicone is soft. Highly recommended.

I wish I had seen the reviews before spending $200 and wasting 10 weeks of my time. I have called multiple times and received the same story that they would be ready next week. But that week has come and gone, and I needed them for an upcoming event with no sign of my order. I guess I will have to contact my credit card company and seek a reliable provider for the product. It's disappointing, and I will make sure to leave more than just one comment to help others avoid these issues.
I experienced the worst customer service! I paid a significant amount for headsets meant for my motorcycle helmet. The wire became loose from the earpiece. After multiple calls and emails, I received no response from the company. They haven't even informed me if it can be fixed. I strongly advise steering clear of this company!
I got my first custom earplugs almost 15 years ago. I use them frequently for shooting and riding my loud motorcycle. When it was time for new ones, I procrastinated but reached out, and they shipped the new ones directly to my campsite! In addition to their excellent customer service, the new set is smaller, has better sound quality, and includes Bluetooth. I'm much happier now!
