My partner had already decided where to purchase the sauvignon blanc wine kit from and so I went back to Bigger jugs and tried to delete the items in my basket without success - the email I received says I still have these items thereIn order to get into my basket they had to send me a code to confirm who I am - are they serious? I have never had to do this on any website where I am a customer trying to purchase a wine kit. Now I have to somehow block them as I can't get delete this order Not a happy experience especially as I have RA and am in so much pain. Thanks Bigger jugs for not only treating me like this... I now feel you think I'm a criminal.
