I used Bigger Jugs only becasue their postage costs were lower than their competitors for small orders. Most of their products are more expensive.Unfortunately they use Royal Mail for their deliveries and I am still waitng for my order a week after ordering.

Incredibly fast delivery and well packaged

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE USING BIGGER JUGS

My partner had already decided where to purchase the sauvignon blanc wine kit from and so I went back to Bigger jugs and tried to delete the items in my basket without success - the email I received says I still have these items thereIn order to get into my basket they had to send me a code to confirm who I am - are they serious? I have never had to do this on any website where I am a customer trying to purchase a wine kit. Now I have to somehow block them as I can't get delete this order Not a happy experience especially as I have RA and am in so much pain. Thanks Bigger jugs for not only treating me like this... I now feel you think I'm a criminal.

I ordered my yeast from Bigger Jugs, Helen is very very helpful helping me decide what yeasts to buy for what fruit wines i want make. Quick delivery, would not buy from anywhere else. Would give 10 stars if it was available

Good company let down by PARCEL FORCE

Good products at competitive prices dispatched promptly but let down by Parcel Force consistently delivering a day later than their tracking app. No problem with other delivery services.
