I recently made a purchase from Biggmans and I'm afraid my experience left much to be desired. While I had high hopes for quality items and smooth service, several issues arose that left me quite disappointed.Firstly, the shipping process was far from efficient. My order took significantly longer to arrive than the estimated delivery time, and communication about the delay was lacking. This delay was particularly inconvenient, as I had planned to wear the items for a specific event.To add to my frustration, the customer service response was slow and unhelpful. It took several attempts to get a meaningful response regarding my concerns, and even then, the offered solutions were not satisfactory.I had hoped for a positive shopping experience, but unfortunately, Biggmans failed to deliver on multiple fronts.I now prefer to shop from other websites with similar clothing. I also see this website shows as scam when I search for it which also hinders me from buying again.
