As a larger individual (6'6" 460), I ordered a pair of sweats in size 7x for extra comfort. However, my brother, who wears a 2x, found them to fit him like skinny jeans. With larger male models being showcased, this feels misleading. Additionally, I purchased them using a gift card, which was accidentally discarded, leaving me unable to recover any funds.
I previously ordered two t-shirts and received them in two weeks, so I decided to purchase a few more items and spent quite a bit. Now, I've been waiting for over two months despite paying for expedited shipping. When I reached out to inquire about my order, I was told it was delayed and provided with tracking information. After requesting a refund for the fast-track shipping since my items weren't delivered as promised, I received no further response. The tracking suggests it will take a long time to receive my order. I recommend avoiding bulk purchases here, as you might end up waiting indefinitely. I ordered from another platform a week later and received that order much sooner, even though both came from the same country. I certainly won’t be returning to this service.
They claim to have a 30-day return policy, but they don't follow through. I reached out within an hour of receiving an item that looked nothing like what was advertised. Now, they refuse to refund my money, offering only $10 out of the $54 I spent, claiming they incurred shipping costs, despite my receipt showing I paid for shipping!
I ordered three items, and the quality was terrible. I requested a refund, but they only offered $20 to settle my refund when I spent over $100. I would never purchase from this company again, and if you choose to buy from them, don't expect a refund if you're unsatisfied with the product because they only offer a fraction back. Just awful.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the worst experience. First, they kept giving me a tracking number that didn't work, so I couldn't track my parcel. Second, the clothing I ordered arrived two months late. Lastly, the quality was extremely poor, and the fit was awful. It felt like they pulled my clothes from the trash. I genuinely believe this service is a scam.
I ordered a shirt and a two-piece outfit, but it took two months to ship. When it finally arrived, only the shirt was included. When I contacted them, they claimed it had been delivered, but I told them it hadn't, and they just ignored my email.
The reviews reflect the reality. Shipping was horrible (promised delivery in 3-5 days, but I still haven't received anything). Communication was even worse (when I emailed, they basically told me to be patient). This company needs to be reported to consumer protection because this is outright robbery and false advertising.
