I have been trying for about a week now to order, hunt down and or pick up 2 vixen trees for Christmas. The site states that 2 are available at a nearby location. Everytime I order the order is cancelled because the items aren't available. I contacted customer service and was told to contact the store. I did and drove there only to find that they didn't have them! As I type this the site is still stating that they are both still available at this location and it is now 2 days since my store trip. I have yet to hear back from customer service for my second and third emails. There has been no attempt to maybe locate one at a different store to ship to me, no offer of maybe a gift card for all my trouble, zero, zip, nada an attempt to give the customer a decent experience! Totally frustrating and unnecessary to treat a paying customer with such a lack of empathy!
