I've received three items from the company (two basic models and one advanced model). They have consistently shipped quickly (from overseas). All products have functioned properly without any issues. A small drawback is that some pixels have failed on the advanced model. I also found out they provide replacement parts (I needed a new screen after dropping my basic model). It's unfortunate because I would prefer to repair rather than replace.
