Positive experience with multiple products

I've purchased three items from the company (two basic models and one advanced version). They have consistently shipped quickly (from overseas). Each product has functioned well without any problems. A small concern is that a few pixels have failed on the advanced model. I also found out that they supply replacement parts (I needed a new screen after accidentally dropping my basic model down a flight of stairs) - it's unfortunate because I'd prefer to repair rather than replace.

No Problems Encountered

Caution Advised

I bought a specific monitor from the company. The main reason for this review: they do not allow returns for this monitor, no exceptions. Additionally, after purchase, there's a small note stating they will automatically give themselves a 5-star rating if they don't hear from you. Also, products ship from overseas, so expect delays. The monitor might be excellent (I haven't received it yet), but their business practices are concerning.

Caution, Unreliable Company!!! Monitor Not Usable, Refund Denied.

Warning 1: The company refuses to accept returns for a malfunctioning product!!! Despite their stated refund policy. Warning 2: Their e-ink monitor is not functional due to excessive mouse lag. I attempted to use it as a second monitor for document reading, but the lag is too significant. I reported this to customer support, who provided a firmware update that didn't resolve the issue. A second update also failed to help. I requested a refund within a week of receiving the item, which was denied. They even changed their refund policy to exclude monitors after I made my request!!! It sounds unbelievable, right? You may want to check their current refund policy against the one before June 2024 on archive.org. In summary: You've been warned!
