I have ran out of energy to invest into raising complaints with this company.
To keep it short, avoid at all costs.
Picked up a car November 2024, sold with oil leaks, so much for the 200 point inspection test. Took back for repairs, low engine oil light continues to display every 2-3 weeks. Car has gone through over 10 litres of engine oil in the last 12 months, ever since "repair". Given up trying to get BMW to resolve the issue, despite me raising the ongoing concerns and continuous evidence of the condition the car was sold in they have no intention to resolve it.
Further to that, the car battery died 4 months after purchase. To give them some credit, they did replace this. What I will say is the communication received suggests I should be thankful as the battery is usually classed as wear and tear... Not sure how much wear and tear can be imposed on a battery after 4 months of less than average mileage. They did replace it, so will let them have the attitude they've done me a favour and move on.
Please do not buy any vehicle from this company, thankfully the agreement I have isn't a large sum so taking this personally as a live and learn experience. I will never purchase any vehicle from this company again, and advise anyone to avoid BMW. It is clear, not only from my experience but the countless other reviews here, the 200 point inspection is false advertising. They do not check, inspect, or ensure cars are fit for sale before a transaction.
