Really worrying situation total rip off. Warranty does not give any courtesy car and often
vehicles have to be taken to Snodland to be serviced and assessed. Poor communication, been trying to reject my car since it broke down 30 days after buying it. After that is showed system faults on the dashboard. Been off the road for longer than I have had it. No courtesy car at any time. No resolution actively being sought by the company. No escalation or talk to anyone in authority. Currently going via finance company Blackhorse and the Ombudsman to get support and a better car. Have no trust in vehicle or company.
