Twelve years ago I was new to the area and it was Christmas Eve..about 4PM. My tire was loosing air on my way home from shopping. I pulled into Big O (then another name)and they stayed overtime to fix my little Tracker tire. I've been a customer ever since! Today Bo Rafati ,the manager of the Savage Store, gave me a "on the house" oil change just because he's so kind (and I brought a dozen donuts) for the nice people that work there.
