My wife took her Toyota RAV 4 to your S. Mason Street, Fort Collins, CO store yesterday afternoon (Friday, 8/4/23). Since the attitude at Discount Tire is definitely NOT what it used to be, and since she could get the Hankook tires she wanted at your store within a day, I suggested she go to your Big O store. When she came home, she complained about the driver's side arm rest needing to be cleaned. I went out and looked at the arm rest which had what appeared to be black grease pretty much all over it! The interior of the car is light tan; so don't tell me someone didn't see this mess! Why didn't that person wash up before getting into a customer's car with that stuff on them? Fortunately, I had some Toyota Fabric Cleaner; and even with that it still took a while to clean up the mess! Then there's the $27 plus charge for "shop supplies". Like what? What supplies did you use for this amount of money? Is this the latest "industry hustle" to run up the price? This quality of work is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!! This quality is something I would have expected had the car been taken for work to some feed lot out east of here!! Sid Cooley
