Went there for an oil change. 1/24/23 Under new management. They enter incorrect miles reporting to carfax on previous visit they entered 54,000. Only had 24,000 miles manager asked me if I drove my car backwards? Big O tells me we need new brake pads and rotors and car only has just over 25,000 estimate cost $1200.00 They just lost a long time customer. Big O lacks integrity. An hour wait for oil change. my previous oil change was $64.15 and today they charged $105.82 and they put a fake signature on the receipt. Never again. very bad management.
