Made an appointment on-line yesterday to get a tire repaired. When I showed up today at 2185 Ford Parkway, St. Paul, MN 55116 I said I wanted to get my tire fixed because the last person to check the psi cross-threaded the cap. Counter man said the valve stem had to be replaced. OK. Then he said well, if it's not leaking you should be fine. I said I was concerned because I had nitrogen tires. He said, "No you don't". I said, "Yes I do" He said, "How do you know?" I said, "Because of the green caps." He had the grace to look abashed but then said we don't have nitrogen here. I said, "Really? Well I guess I'm not getting the stem fixed here then". I then asked if they did oil changes as I had scheduled this car fix for about 2 hours and didn't want to waste the time I spent already. He said yes. Then I asked if they would do it if I supplied the oil and the filter. He said, "We aren't allowed to do that". One would think that a _service_ business would want to get money for providing a service such as labor, but I guess not. I think that being a woman who knew her vehicles' needs was the deciding factor in my not being served.I do not recommend this business
