A few months ago I had an appointment @ 11:00 for an oil change. When I got there, everyone took off for lunch. I waited 2 hours. Today I had an appointment @ 8:00 for an oil change. My vehicle was immediately put in the alignment bay?????An hour and half later it had not been moved or touched. I got my keys and left. It's obvious appointments at this location mean nothing. Meanwhile, the place is full of people waiting and the staff is in no hurry whatsoever to get things done. The service is terrible and attitude is too. I will never go back, and I will certainly tell everyone I know about the poor, poor service. Done with Big-O6430 W. 120th, Broomfield, CO
