NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE AHEAD... #THINKTwice #caution #riskybusiness@bigotires of Nixa, Mo 4/24/23 Went in for rotation on 4 tires I bought at this location 1 yr, 8 mos ago, driven 21,000 miles. Think of my surprise when told needed 4 new tires that weren't covered under warranty. Not by the extended warranty I purchased from Big O nor the tire brand company that Big O chooses to sell themselves. This is shady practice. A bait & switch scheme to buy the add ons. Still waiting for that promised call from the manager who doesn't work in this part of the country. Don't give them your patronage if you expect truthfulness. I admit I was angry & upset with the treatment I was receiving. No empathy. Patronizing. Dismissive. Good thing their pass-the-buck disrespect was out of earshot to my 90 year old mother in the waiting room. All in all, sorry to report their revolting customer service.
