Update: My daughter finally took the vehicle to another mechanic. According to this new mechanic, she was told that the mechanic at Big O Tires over filled thereby causing serious damage and it eventually locked up the engine. The mechanic took out the parts of her vehicle and mischievously change it to old ones. I will be posting pictures of what they did to her car later on. The Regional Manager of Big O Tires has refused to pick our calls or show empathy. She's been under lot of stress as a result of this. Lost one of her jobs because she couldn't afford Uber to commute to this job. This is a young lady going to school and once had 2 jobs; trying to do the right thing.Please stay away from Big O Tires especially if you're a female. A simple oil change has led to this nightmare.
