Spent the entire day at the big o tires location on Glenwood Springs Colorado.I went in to have my truck aligned, balanced and tires rotated and three hours later I get my truck back, worse than when I brought it in. Steering wheel was crooked, the truck vibrated all around and when I got on the i70 it pulled me off to the right shoulder. When I got back the manager got very defensive and confrontational when I told him they did the job wrong. He took pictures of my tires and blamed it on the cupping. Why didn't he blame it on the cupping before he aligned it. He got so defensive I had to call a sheriff to take a report of what happened. After the sheriff showed up they agreed to take a second look at the work. Take your business to a local friend/repairman stop throwing your money at horrible customer service.
