So far, I’m not impressed. Many features feel clunky. When I inquired about playthrough, the representative didn’t understand and couldn’t tell me how many diamonds I had played through. When I asked about document verification, I was informed it could take 3 days. The introductory promotions don’t stand out either. I can't speak on redemption times, but the 3-day estimate for document verification is concerning. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this platform and likely won't return after my first redemption. Edit: Received my first redemption of $158, but they use the wire transfer option, resulting in an additional $15 fee for me. I wouldn’t recommend this social casino.
