Im confused by the 2.5 stars here. While I haven't tried to cash out anything yet, the platform itself is great with one if the biggest attributes being the swift, patient and help response from the live chat. SONYA is extremely helpful and will do all she can to satisfy the needs of the players. Im invested only $100 so far but will definitely keep playing and see how it goes.

Sorry, I made review the other day but cancelled when my already Coinflow linked bank account didn't work for redemption & my bank was blamed. Yesterday I established a new Coinflow connection with Discover bank & earlier this morning got same email from Big Pirate that it was processed & instead of the weekend time (within 2 days) it quoted me within 8 hours today. Took a nap, just woke up to $459 more in Discover. Customer service, Nico & another gentleman I cannot remember his name, both very kind & patient.
