I am extremely disappointed as they have not redeemed my $1000. They attempted to send it three times, but each time the process got slower, and my bank rejected all three attempts. The customer support is unhelpful, merely repeating scripted messages without offering real assistance. Despite my repeated requests for help, they refuse to expedite the redemption process. This situation has been ongoing since December, and it feels like they are illegally holding my winnings. They need to be held accountable for this poor service.
