I have been trying to reach this service for the last 16 days, and none of my calls have been answered. The only reason I contacted them again was that their representative was persistently reaching out to restart business. Unfortunately, once I agreed, all communication from their side ceased. This has left me feeling very frustrated. Customer support is crucial for any service, but here it appears they only want money while ignoring their customers. I sincerely hope I am not asked for a review in the future, as it is clear that customer care is not their priority. I would not recommend this service to anyone expecting professionalism or timely support.
