Worst customer careI asked for an international courier. They charged 3000+ but on the day of pick up telling me destination pin code is invalid. I confirmed from client and also showed google validation. But no response. If they have any technical issue they can politely say instead they spoke rude and stop responding.I have called for refund to their customer care and also whatsapp but they stopped responding. I also posted in all their social media channels even no response till now.There is not a single person who is responsible and do the refund atleast, forget about looking into technical challenge. Recommendation is stay away from Bigship it will sump you.
