Customer service Bullies

I requested to redeem the $2,150 I won. You can only redeem $1,000 at a time. It took 2 days for them to email letting me know the information I sent to verify my account needed to be in PDF format. I sent it AGAIN. It took another 2 days to inform me they want me a picture of the front and back of the debit card I used to purchase a package. Keep in mind they did not need this information when they took the money from this debit card and I was not redeeming to the debit card I was redeeming to my bank account. I informed them that I used a cash app card and it's virtual. I sent screenshots proving it was a cash app card it had my name on it and it was virtual. I received several emails saying I needed to provide that information. I replied to all of them with the same information it is a virtual card I cannot take a picture of the front and back but I have sent you screenshots of the virtual card. Customer service started to reply with these really snotty rude incredibly demeaning emails. Though I'm explaining to them that this is something I can't do they were replying with "here's a helpful hint when you're repeatedly asked the same thing over and over that means we need the info we are asking for" " Autumn as per our previous emails we are requesting pictures of the card number....." " Why are you still emailing without sending the correct information, we asked for" and so on and so on this went on repeatedly for 3 days. I had to find a another way to contact customer service get a hold of a supervisor explain to a supervisor what was happening with the virtual card and that's not the card I'm redeeming on so you don't even need that card and why are you see your customer service rude. The reply I got was, " Autumn we are waiting for a response from our kyc team, so until we get that there's nothing we can do for you" the next day when I had no reply to that email I again had to take a different route reaching out at that point they decided they needed a financial statement from my cash app account. However this is how it was worded. " If it even really is a virtual card through cash app" I wish trust pilot would let you post screenshots because the messages I received from this customer service was astounding it literally left me speechless numerous times I cannot believe the unnecessary attitude the rude Ness and complete unprofessionalism from numerous customer service agents this wasn't just one person. I finally received confirmation that my redemption had been approved and it would take 48 to 72 hours for the funds to reach my bank account. That was Monday morning it's now Wednesday night I still have not received my redemption. I've played in several online casino never ever have I been treated or talked to the way big shot games customer service spoke and replied to me. And they all say it will take 24 to 72hrs for funds to be available after the redemption is approved I don't ever recall waiting longer than 24 hours. And since I have to go through this nightmare two more times to redeem my full winnings it's literally going to take about two and a half weeks to receive the money that I won. I will not give this platform another penny I will never return to this platform I do not recommend stay far away from Big shot games. Whoever is training these customer service Bullies needs to be trained in customer service
