I am pretty new and decided to give them a chance despite all of these horrible reviews because some of them didn't seem to match what they should be. I feel like if they redeem your money, you should not only update the review with words but also up your stars and I don't feel like many do that so I'm going to put 5 stars and I just put in for my first redemption. I'll update and let you know exactly how long it takes. Great games and so far fun place to play! Thanks Big Shot Games!!

I requested to redeem the $2,150 I won. You can only redeem $1,000 at a time. It took 2 days for them to email letting me know the information I sent to verify my account needed to be in PDF format. I sent it AGAIN. It took another 2 days to inform me they want me a picture of the front and back of the debit card I used to purchase a package. Keep in mind they did not need this information when they took the money from this debit card and I was not redeeming to the debit card I was redeeming to my bank account. I informed them that I used a cash app card and it's virtual. I sent screenshots proving it was a cash app card it had my name on it and it was virtual. I received several emails saying I needed to provide that information. I replied to all of them with the same information it is a virtual card I cannot take a picture of the front and back but I have sent you screenshots of the virtual card. Customer service started to reply with these really snotty rude incredibly demeaning emails. Though I'm explaining to them that this is something I can't do they were replying with "here's a helpful hint when you're repeatedly asked the same thing over and over that means we need the info we are asking for" " Autumn as per our previous emails we are requesting pictures of the card number....." " Why are you still emailing without sending the correct information, we asked for" and so on and so on this went on repeatedly for 3 days. I had to find a another way to contact customer service get a hold of a supervisor explain to a supervisor what was happening with the virtual card and that's not the card I'm redeeming on so you don't even need that card and why are you see your customer service rude. The reply I got was, " Autumn we are waiting for a response from our kyc team, so until we get that there's nothing we can do for you" the next day when I had no reply to that email I again had to take a different route reaching out at that point they decided they needed a financial statement from my cash app account. However this is how it was worded. " If it even really is a virtual card through cash app" I wish trust pilot would let you post screenshots because the messages I received from this customer service was astounding it literally left me speechless numerous times I cannot believe the unnecessary attitude the rude Ness and complete unprofessionalism from numerous customer service agents this wasn't just one person. I finally received confirmation that my redemption had been approved and it would take 48 to 72 hours for the funds to reach my bank account. That was Monday morning it's now Wednesday night I still have not received my redemption. I've played in several online casino never ever have I been treated or talked to the way big shot games customer service spoke and replied to me. And they all say it will take 24 to 72hrs for funds to be available after the redemption is approved I don't ever recall waiting longer than 24 hours. And since I have to go through this nightmare two more times to redeem my full winnings it's literally going to take about two and a half weeks to receive the money that I won. I will not give this platform another penny I will never return to this platform I do not recommend stay far away from Big shot games. Whoever is training these customer service Bullies needs to be trained in customer service

as I'm reading the reviews there's definitely a trend in bad behavior and poor and rude customer service. I am still trying to redeem 600 I made my first purchase almost 2 weeks ago and won it's been hell trying to get my winnings I too got the email saing I needed more verification but I was fully verified by there kyc app I useca virtual card so I dont have to put my physical card online I seht screevshots they want a bank statement since the purchase is recent. the statement hasn't generated yet so I sent a screenshot of the purchase they won't accept either and there chat people are rude enail is ignoring meuuggh this too much

I just want to share my experience with this site. So I signed up on this site like two days ago. They provide 2SC for signing up. I was able to turn the 2SC into 100SC, so of course I redeemed. I did the kyc and it was verified. So I used my Mastercard to receive the redemption but I got an email from support telling me that I had to use a Visa card and that I need to verify my proof of address and provide a copy of the card used for purchase on their site. Kyc is the proof of address and I had never made any purchase. So I provided my light bill and proof of my Visa card. Today they emailed me again saying that they want proof of the Mastercard that was never used on their site. I’m still going backs and forth with them about this. So I’m just giving the heads up to others not to play here because it’s evident that they are delaying my redemption because I won from the sign up bonus. Please avoid BigShot Games!!

Redemption & Verification System Down for 100+ Hours — Server Error on All Devices

I had a very strong playing experience initially, but the redemption and verification system has been completely inaccessible for over 100 hours.Clicking the redeem/verification flow consistently fails: • Blank page or empty file download on mobile • HTTP 500 server error on desktop • Same result across multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) • Same result across multiple devices (iPhone and laptop)I went as far as: • Clearing all cookies and browser data • Resetting phone settings • Confirming my IP/network with my cellular provider • Testing both mobile and desktop environmentsNothing works because the issue is clearly server-side. The verification endpoint fails before a user can even begin the process, so no redemption amount can be entered and no verification can be completed.Support does respond, but only to acknowledge it’s a technical issue. After more than four days, there is still no resolution and no ETA provided.This may be a new platform with growing pains, but a redemption/verification system being unavailable for this long is unacceptable. I’m posting this so other users are aware of the current state of the platform.I will update this review if and when the issue is resolvedEdit was never resolved and I just self excludes permanently to avoid ever using this site again

Terrible website

Terrible website. Deposited $10 to test out and none of the games would load . Support told me to “try again later in the day” Then I went and read reviews on the website so I asked them to delete my account . They asked why and I said because of reviews I read . All they said was my account was deleted and “take care”. Don’t play here .
