Update on February 2,They actually did pay my redemption request people. It just took a long time to receive. Im not sure if they changed some things around or what but i want to update and let people know i requested $100 and i just received it today. So they aren't a scam. NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT SPEND ANY OF YOUR MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A REDEMPTION FROM THESE PEOPLE FOR 5 FREAKING DAYS. I SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE IN MY ACCOUNT THAT DAY OR BY THE NEXT DAY. I MESSAGED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN TODAY AND LET THEM KNOW I STILL HAD NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY. I HAD NO RESPONSE AT ALL. WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE WEBSITE Y'ALL, I AM NOW BLOCKED! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, IT'S A SCAM!!!!! I'M FILING A COMPLAINT WITH MY ATTORNEY GENERAL!What others are saying is true. I requested my redemption 3 days ago and still haven't received it. I too wrote an email 2 days ago and haven't received a response. Welcome offer is good but what good is it if you win and never receive your money? I finally got a customer service rep on their live chat who just keeps repeating themselves but they keep telling me the same thing that hasn't happened with my money. They do not at all sound like they are from the United States or speak fluent English. It'll be interesting to see if I receive my money. I'm so over these sites popping up all over the place and not being legitimate. I'll let you know if I ever get my money.
