It has been over 10 days since I requested redemption. Customer support claims they're available 24/7 but no one responds to repeated attempts to communicate.
They have BBB complaints which they also don't respond to.

They said payment could take up to 10 days. But it's been longer than that.

So after doing some digging around online last night I came up with a rather interesting theory. I think this casino is pulling the same crap as Sweepluxe and many others have in the past with exit scamming.

So what I found out is this casino originated as Sharplink Gaming Ltd, then a few years back Sharplink "SUPPOSEDLY" sold off the casino and it is now owned and operated by Big Shot Games LLC or Ltd whatever, only both businesses still share the same virtual office in Minneapolis MN - 333 Washington Avenue North, Suite 104, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401. They even share the same suite number. So are they seperate companies. I DOUBT IT.

Sharplink sold this casino off, again - supposedly a few years back to jump head first into the crypto game. Well that didn't go so well for them and they recently reported a massive $750+ million dollar loss. Now big shot isn't paying people. Coincidence - again I doubt it.

To think of how many players got played by this company in the first place for them to even have that much money to lose is insane. Knowing this and their current behavior, you would have enjoy throwing your money in the trash to consider playing here because seems like classic exit scamming behavior to me to continue to aggressively promote your failing buisness encouraging people to deposit real money when you know good and well you have zero intent on paying out anymore money to anyone. How this is not a prison worthy crime is beyond me but take this information and do yourselves a favor and ignore all these great reviews becasue none of those matter anymore. The company can't come back from that big of a loss unless ya'll keep giving them your hard earned money. Don't do it.
