I have used Bigtime for several years. At the beginning they were very good and helped me understand the software. Over the last couple years as they update their software expenses that i spend a tremendous amount of time entering show up on the invoice but do not calculate into the total amount for the invoice forcing me to try to renter them manually 1 by 1 into the invoice. This has taken me hours. After doing this time and time again and again the invoice still does not calculate the expenses. I try to call bigtime but they have no phone number and will only accept AI support that literally asks me what the problem is over and over again with no help what so ever. I have waited days to have them still not get back to me following their emails and stupid AI. I have now been waiting for over 1.5 hours when they said i was 1 to 3 minute wait period. After the 1.5 hours i had to make dinner for my kids and stepped away for my computer for 3o to 45 seconds and they said i timed out. I have now been waiting an additional 30 minutes with no support. If i ran my business this way i would have no clients. And now that i have to wait for BigTime i have invoices that clients need today that i tried to send to them over a week ago. Very disappointed in bigtime software over the last 2 years and very well might switch to QuickBooks. Your loss bigtime. The funny thing is as soon as i wrote that i might switch to QuickBooks in the AI chat i received an invoice for 2 additional years from BIGTime. Lol. Glad they can send me a bill, but i cannot send mine to the clients i need to submit invoice to. Hilarious!
