I have been a BigTime customer since their Beta days...so long now. I have been a faithful customer, loved their offerings...but now...The product, like so many, was really good at a couple of things, but they have expanded to other areas at the cost of doing what they did well. Customer support is friendly, but HUGELY over-burdened. It's worse than Intuit. Features mysteriously disappear (syncing 'on hold' status from QB), other features show up unbidden. Today, I've been on hold in chat for over 90 minutes (I had to give up yesterday after 60 minutes) and the agent can't jump on a screen share for however much longer because she is helping another client. I'm so sad. I expect this BS from big companies. The joy of BigTime was that it was a small, responsive, friendly company that really helped me run my business. Now it is just a pain in the a$$.
