The onboarding process was lengthy and had many challenges to overcome. many of the processes are not user friendly especially the clock in and out process in the field. it is very complicated for the field employees. the sync agent did not work properly most of the time. The software lacked some specific needs of ours - (specifically it doesn't show the time clocked in and time clocked out on jobs it only shows total time worked). this was something we were not able to determine until many months down the road based on the slow onboarding procedures. once determined the software would not work for our needs we decided to part ways with Bigtime and requested some concession for the almost 3,000.00 we paid up front. they said their hands were tied and would not offer any refund. basically we have your money so too bad.giving this company an opportunity so sell us their product was a very expensive time waste and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
