BigTime is very SLOW, doesnt load pages at all sometimes and a refresh is required, which means you lose all the data you just entered. Cannot customize invoices as you should be able to, training was minimal and customer service cannot even find solutions to most issues you ask them. They do try, but end up with the answer that they will let their programmers know so maybe it can be addressed in the future. It changes client rates all on its own. Its calculations of percentages throws off invoice totals and causes clients to reject them. Reporting feature is a nightmare, you cannot customize or get the information you need without pulling a bunch of reports and then creating your own in Excel. In fact, we have had to use Excel for a lot of things that BigTime cannot do. It is great if you are just starting out and dont know there is better software out there yet, but once you find out about the better options, BigTime will look like you have been working with a crayon and paper compared to them. Just horrible!
