This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. My appointment was confirmed, and I stayed home all day specifically for it. Then, at the last minute, I get a message saying the provider “had something come up” and can’t make it.If they had told me hours in advance, I could have made other plans or booked someone else. Instead, they canceled basically right before the appointment, after I already rearranged my entire day.They then tried to push me to reschedule for later, which I cannot do because of my family schedule. So my entire day was wasted for nothing.This shows zero respect for customers’ time. If you book with them, be prepared for last-minute cancellations and excuses. I will never use this service again and do not recommend it to anyone.
