Great spa Lake Massage in the comfort of my hotel room. She was professional and punctual. Really relaxing massage. She brought everything including essential oils. Very easy to set up.
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in Florida. Have been trying to get jobs from Bigtoe yoga Massage as a Professional Massage Therapist for several years but their APP is very inefficient, erratic and impossible to work with. So is their "Customer service" So as a provider please Don't waste your time!! ALL the, very few, sessions I was able to get booked rated my service a 5 star out of 5. In 2025 I never got booked at all! Go figure!

I had a highly concerning experience today with a massage therapist from Big Toe Yoga. As someone who has received professional bodywork for years, it was immediately evident that the therapist provided a substandard and potentially unsafe experience. I have serious concerns regarding her professional licensing in the State of Georgia based on the following:• Hygiene & Safety: The therapist’s fingernails extended past her fingertips and were repeatedly digging into my skin throughout the session.• Lack of Technical Skill: She demonstrated a lack of basic anatomical knowledge, specifically by massaging ligaments directly, which caused significant physical pain. It was quite evident that the therapist was simply “winging it”.• Professional Standards: She failed to follow standard draping protocols and never once checked in regarding pressure or comfort.I have asked the company for the Full Name and Georgia State License Number for this therapist so that I may verify her credentials with the state board.
This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. My appointment was confirmed, and I stayed home all day specifically for it. Then, at the last minute, I get a message saying the provider “had something come up” and can’t make it.If they had told me hours in advance, I could have made other plans or booked someone else. Instead, they canceled basically right before the appointment, after I already rearranged my entire day.They then tried to push me to reschedule for later, which I cannot do because of my family schedule. So my entire day was wasted for nothing.This shows zero respect for customers’ time. If you book with them, be prepared for last-minute cancellations and excuses. I will never use this service again and do not recommend it to anyone.
