We placed an order for $600 worth of shirts and jackets for the team. Every long sleeve shirt arrived with uneven sleeves, and the collars on the short sleeves were all mismatched. When I requested replacements, they refused, citing the embroidery. It seems these will just go to waste. We've ordered multiple times before without major issues, but this order was a disaster, and they are unresponsive. Thanks for the reply, but all the long sleeve shirts were defective.
