We placed an order for $600 worth of shirts and jackets for the company. Unfortunately, every long sleeve shirt arrived with one sleeve noticeably longer than the other. Additionally, the collars on the short sleeve shirts varied in size. When we requested replacements or alternatives, we were informed that this wasn't possible due to the embroidery. It seems these items will ultimately be discarded. While we've ordered numerous times before without significant issues, this experience has been terrible, and the support team is unwilling to address it. APPRECIATE THE RESPONSE. All the long sleeve shirts were defective, with one sleeve longer than the other.

I previously ordered embroidered shirts but had issues with a recent custom order. After upgrading my company, I sent in the new logo and approved it, only to receive the wrong one. When I raised the issue, they blamed me for not specifying the change, citing fine print about using old logos. No solutions or discounts were offered. I will never use this service again and will warn other small business owners!
