The after-sales support was absolutely terrible. I purchased an LED Christmas tree and, after assembling it, found it wasn't functioning. When I reached out for help, they requested a video as proof, which I provided. However, the excuses began, stating they never received it and asking me to upload again. Eventually, they informed me that they were closing my case. After further complaints, I was directed to another site for uploads, but faced the same issues. Today, I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and would forfeit my refund. I truly believed this company had a good reputation. That was my mistake. 😩🤦♀️
